When you don’t know what you need
Sometimes people come for no particular reason. They simply feel like slowing down for a while. Doing something nice for themselves. Taking a breather. Life might be just fine. Or not. Either way, something keeps nudging them, but they’re not sure where to start.
That’s where sound massages come in.
They ask nothing of you, no story, no explanations, no goal. They draw you in. Their song soothes you, you relax, dive into yourself and feel once again how simple and beautiful life can be.
As you get comfy, I introduce you to my girls (that’s what I call my sound bowls). I tuck you in. We can stay in the quiet of the studio or, when the weather allows and you feel like it, outside, where the sound of the bowls mingles with birdsong, the scent of flowers and the wind rustling through the trees.
And then the magic begins.
The bowls begin to sing. Your body recognizes them long before your brain has a chance to figure them out. Your breath deepens. Your shoulders soften. Time seems to slow down and take on a completely different quality.
At first, the mind may still fidget a little. But very quickly it realises it’s nice not to always be the boss. It can simply sit back and enjoy the ride. And when everything finally falls quiet, I serve you tea and a little more space and silence. You can emerge whenever you’re ready. Or take that quiet home with you.
