Online sessions are just as dedicated and integrate breath, voice, and clear, focused attention.

Experiences that deepen connection

These sessions are not just for romantic couples.
They are for any two people who already have a connection and want to explore it with more awareness.
It could be partners, sisters, mother and daughter, friends, business associates.
The label doesn’t matter. The presence does.

🧘‍♀️ Semiprivate yoga class


This is a classic yoga session in a small, steady setting.
Two people practising side by side, each in their own body.
You’re in the same space, sharing the experience.
I guide the class, and each of you moves through your own practice.
No comparison. No pressure to perform.

The focus is on:

• Physical practice adapted to each body
• Breath and conscious movement
• Sense of stability and presence

You’re immersed in layers of sound, surrounded by the soft vibrations of bowls and other instruments.
The body softens. The breath deepens. Connection happens naturally, quietly.

We open slowly and end in stillness, giving space for the experience to settle.

🎗️ Together in movement and breath


We begin with gently partner movement and short presence exercises to help you settle and reconnect.
Through mindful touch, you learn how to support relaxation, trust, and closeness
in a way that feels natural and safe.
We close with a guided relaxation, letting everything settle into quiet.

We come together through gentle movement, breath, (self) massage, sound, guided relaxation, and silence.

Each workshop has its own theme and rhythm.
We deepen awareness, wake up the senses,
settle the nervous system,
and return to the present moment.

🌞 Outdoor yoga — seasonal

When the weather cooperates, we take the practice outside.
Simple, playful sessions, open to everyone.

Relaxed, feel good classes, where we move, breathe, and soak up being outside.

Private group sessions are also possible.
Time and format arranged individually.

Silence in motion

Sundays at 2 we head into nature.
Without rushing. Without an agenda. Without words.

Not to get somewhere, but to feel where we already are.

These are sensory experiences.
We see, listen, breathe in, touch, sometimes even taste.
Sun on the skin. Wind in the hair. Smell of trees.
Moss under our hands.

If the weather turns, we stay under cover — on the terrace, still close to the sounds of nature.

A few simple ground rules:

  • no phones
  • no smoking
  • no perfume
  • no food or snacks

Not to take anything away, but to notice what’s already here.

The length and format are always agreed on in advance.

❔ How long is an individual session?

About 60–75 minutes.
I always make sure you have time to arrive, settle, and leave without rushing.

❔ Why is the fee the same regardless of the format?

Because my presence is the same, no matter how we spend the time.
You’re not paying for a technique, but for attention, experience, and depth.

❔ What if I need more time?

If we feel more time is needed, we extend.
There’s no extra charge.

❔ Can I stay a little longer after the session?

Of course.
The setting and the nature are there to support integration. That’s part of the experience.

❔ Can we meet online?

Absolutely.
Online sessions are just as personal and guided through voice, breath, and presence.

❔ What if I can’t afford this right now?
