Some people naturally sense energy.
For me, that sensing was only the beginning.
I’ve spent years studying it, exploring it,
and living it through body, mind, and practice.
That’s why I don’t rely on intuition alone.
What I offer is grounded in study, experience, and years of practice.
This page shares a glimpse of the trainings, practices,
and years of learning that shape my work today.
Broadening horizons
My academic journey shaped how I see the world and how I listen within it.
It trained me to hold context, language, nuance, and different worldviews with respect.

I finished my undergrad at the University of Calgary,
with a double major in French and Spanish language and literature.
Later I earned a Master’s degree in Spanish,
specializing in Latin American literature,
at McGill University in Montreal.
Those years continue to shape how I meet people now:
openly, thoughtfully, and with genuine curiosity.
A practice built and lived
My work with the body and energy developed gradually, through experience and ongoing study.
✨ Reiki training first introduced me to the subtlety of energy work,
the quiet intelligence of the body and the importance of presence.
✨ Theta Healing™ became
a longer arc of learning,
deepening my understanding of subconscious patterns
and internal change.
✨ Peter Hess™ sound massage training brought a refined awareness of vibration, silence, and subtle shifts in the body.
✨ Yoga is the ground I stand on daily:
breath, movement, discipline, and presence.
Completing the 1000-hour Dharma Yoga LOAY teacher training strengthened that foundation and deepened my trust in my own voice.
None of these trainings were about collecting certificates.
They were steps along a path that’s still very much alive.
What I offer today is not a toolbox of techniques.
It’s an approach shaped by years of experience,
study, and daily practice:
calm, attentive, and deeply personal.
All of it serves one simple purpose:
to create a space where the beauty of life can be felt more easily
in the body, the breath, and everyday living.
