What if I don’t know what I need?

That’s actually one of the most common reasons people reach out to me in the first place.

You want to do something for yourself. Take a breather. Reset a little. Recharge. Or maybe there’s a vague itch, but no idea how to actually scratch it.

Great! That’s where I come in. We talk, see what’s going on, and figure out what would mesh best with you.

I almost never have someone come to me saying, “I know exactly what I need and why.” It’s generally more like: “Can you help me? I’ve been feeling strange lately.” Or: “I feel stuck.” At work. At home. In relationships. In my head. In my body.

And honestly, that’s more than enough.

We always talk a bit first. Get to know each other and see what brought you here. Maybe you can’t even explain what’s wrong. You just know something feels off.

Sometimes someone books a sound massage, and after a few minutes of talking we realize that an energy session might actually be a better fit. Or the other way around. Other times someone comes convinced they need to talk for hours, only to decide five minutes in that words are tiresome and they’d much rather curl up under a blanket with the sound of singing bowls. And honestly? That’s a perfectly valid life choice.

I don’t get too attached to techniques. I love them. I use them. I keep learning new ones. But they are my toolkit, not my identity. I’m much more interested in the person in front of me than in making them fit a particular technique.

For example, if someone struggles with menstrual cramps, an energy session often brings immediate relief and deep relaxation. On the other hand, a few simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, or small changes in their daily routine can give them tools they can use to support themselves long-term.

I love when people leave with something they can take home and use whenever they need it.

The same goes for things like poor sleep, overthinking, exhaustion, or anxiety. I don’t try to fit a person into a method. I look at what would be most beneficial at a given moment.

So you don’t need to have it all figured out before you come. Maybe you’re tired. Maybe you can’t switch off. Maybe you don’t even know what you need — you just know something isn’t quite right. We’ll figure out the rest along the way.
